Mindful Eating
What does it mean to be a mindful eater? When you first taste the food, try to give it your full attention. Eating mindfully means slowing down, expressing gratitude for the food we are eating, being satisfied with food, savouring the flavour, the texture the feel and paying attention to why we eat. Why not try mindful eating in the classroom.
