People have lots of different feelings. It is okay to have feelings. Sometimes we feel happy, sad, worried, angry and lots more.
Calm Space helps me to stop, think and calm when I'm experiencing some tricky feelings. It helps my teacher, classmates and myself stay safe and feel happy.
A good choice is to take some time and visit calm space. There I can choose a calming activity, like breathing, to help calm my mind and body.
