Learning Intention: I am learning about applying mindfulness when engaging in a challenge which promotes focus and concentration.
Success Criteria I can: * be in the present moment. * focus my attention on one thing and engage productively. * I can turn away from distractions to help me focus on just one thing. * transfer these skills to other activities in the classroom.
Positive View of Life(CV1) All human life is precious. My life is precious and I treat my life with the upmost respect and dignity. Being calm, self-aware and self-regulating helps me to focus and turn away from distractions. I can make wise decisions and good choices for myself and others.
